Students will be required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form.
*3 WS-only registration can be applied by any type of registrant (member, non-member or student).

PRESENTERS’ REGISTRATION

Each paper must have one regular rate (ACM/SIG Member or Non-ACM/SIG Member) registration by one of the authors, and one registration can cover only one paper presentation.
Student registration cannot clear this condition. If your registration covers any presentation, please select ACM/SIG Member or Non-ACM/SIG Member category.
For workshop presentation, WS-only category is also applicable.

If you need to make two or more registrations for your presentations, please add number next to your family name.
 e.g.) second registration= Smith2, third registration=Smith3

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in Japanese Yen and can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after you complete registration.

Please print out the confirmation email and present it at the Registration Desk to receive the symposium materials and a printed receipt.

If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation POLICY

If you wish to cancel your registration, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received by the Registration Office. All refunds will be made after the Symposium.

VISA

If your country is not on the following webpage, you need to obtain a visa to enter Japan.

The organizer will provide assistance to prepare the document for visa application. The document preparation will begin from March 2016 since Japanese Embassy accepts visa application from 3 months before the symposium. Please note that the document will be provided to only the participants who have completed the registration with full payment of the fee.
